MiniCOLOR is a DVR for CCTV systems with remote connection by LAN; this stand alone DVR is the last member of stand alone DVR developed by ERMES and it summarizes the experience of ERMES technology in digital video recording and LAN connection.
This DVR with LAN has moderate cost and high performances, it can carry out complex monitoring tasks, usually not available in stand alone DVR, in a simple way and without auxiliary appliances, even if you need to control this DVR remotely by LAN, Internet or phone line.

This DVR comes with four or eight camera inputs but, when you have a system with more cameras, ERMES produces a DVR with one-channel that works jointly with our 16-inputs multiplexers; all the above versions include the LAN connection. Finally, you can have a DVR with removable hard disk.
These stand alone DVR can perform simultaneously four different tasks: live multiscreen display, recording, playback and pictures transmission by LAN or phone line.

All MiniCOLOR come with a fully digital auxiliary output for& live surveillance.
The keyboard fitted on the front panel is friendly user and it works as the keyboards of traditional VCR.
The LAN connection works with the VideoLAN software. This software needs a PC with MICROSOFT WINDOWS XP ad it allows you to control the DVR completely by LAN: you can receive remote live pictures, search pictures on the hard disk of the DVR (by camera number, date and hour) and, finally, control speed domes cameras.

MiniCOLOR isn't a PC and uses standard CCTV monitors and cameras: you can upgrade existing systems adding this DVR and the LAN connection quickly and in very easy way.
This stand alone DVR with LAN has moderate cost and high performances, you may put this DVR on anybody's desk and therefore, thanks to this innovative equipment, anybody will at last make use of his personal stand alone DVR over LAN.
