Speed Dome cameras over LAN

CCTV products of ERMES include a family of speed dome cameras available in indoor as well as in outdoor arrangement. These speed domes come with a wide range of auxiliary mounting devices that allow you to use these cameras in all situation.
These speed dome can have two different cameras that have different optical zoom; in addition, each speed dome comes in standard version or in LAN controlled version.

If you use the standard version of the speed dome, you must connect the video to the monitor by a coaxial cable and you must control the speed dome by a RS485 serial line.
The speed domes coming from ERMES are fully compliant with the video equipment that ERMES produces, so you can control these cameras as well as the video equipment with only one keyboard. For this purpose, use the KEY.32S or the KEY.S remote keyboards jointly with the DOME.D protocol interface.

If you use the speed dome controlled over LAN, you need only a LAN connection to control the camera and to transfer the pictures to a PC where you previously installed the control software VideoLAN.EV.
In fact, the LAN controlled version of the speed dome includes a CODEC that has a monodirectional video channel, a two-way audio channel, 4 auxiliary inputs and 3 auxiliary outputs.
