High temperature camera housings cooled with air and water
Water cooled camera housings and air cooled camera housing entirely made in stainless steel suitsble to be used in CCTV systems with high temperature installed near furnaces, rolling mills and high temperature environments
This cooled housing for CCTV cameras was developed to be used in industrial systems when you need to install CCTV
cameras in areas where high temperatures are present as it happens in stainless steel factories.
The housings have two different cooling systems that use water and air respectively, you can have housings with both cooling systems (water and air) or
housings with only water in connection with the real needs.

The housings that use for cooling water only have code KUFU.W while the housings that have cone KUFU.WA use both water and air and you can use these housings in systems with higher temperature.
The cooled housings for CCTV cameras are entirely made in stainless steel AISI304 (body, joint and bracket) but, on
request, you can have these cooled CCTV housings in stainless steel AISI316L for areas with corrosive environments.
The housings KUFU.W use grant IP66 protection while the housings KUFU.WA have lower IP degree because use special front flanges that keeps clean and cool
the front glass thank the flow of the air that exit from a special slot around it.
The special fastening system of the convex front glass allows the air to exit around the glass and to cause a little over-pressure that
prevents the deposit of dust and dirt on the glass. This feature allows to keep clean the glass and avoids to damage it with scratches as happens with
systems that blow air on the glass directly.
If you have systems with temperature around 70/80 degree you can use a different housing cooled with air only; this housing is made in aluminium and uses the same front glass system used by the KUFU.WA.
